Exchange and Return Policy

1. Conditions for Exchange and Return
We accept exchanges and returns of products in the following situations:
Product with Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt to request the exchange or return.
Product Not in Accordance with the Order: If you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days so that we can exchange it for the correct item.
Regret of Purchase: According to the Consumer Defense Code, the customer has up to 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to request the return of products purchased online. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with no signs of use.
2. Exchange or Return Procedure
To start an exchange or return process:

Full name
Order number
Reason for exchange or return
Images of the product, if there is any visible defect
Our team will guide you on the procedure for sending the product back to our store.
Note: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of LEOKITE in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. For returns due to regret, the shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
3. Product Conditions for Exchange and Return
For the exchange or return to be approved, the product must meet the following requirements:
Be in its original packaging, undamaged
Show no signs of use, wear or alteration
Accompanied by all accessories and manuals (when applicable)
Have the invoice or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer without refund.
4. Deadlines for Exchange and Refund
Product Exchange: The deadline for sending the new product is up to 15 business days after receiving and analyzing the returned item.
Refund: If the customer opts for a refund, the amount will be processed according to the original payment method:
Credit Card: the refund will be made directly to the card statement, and may take up to two statements to appear.
Bank slip or transfer: the amount will be deposited into the bank account provided by the customer within 10 business days after confirmation of the return.
5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
Some products cannot be exchanged or returned, such as:
Custom-made or personalized products
Items on sale, unless they have manufacturing defects
